KURE AYURVEDA
A “natural” and holistic approach to physical and mental health.
The Sanskrit words ayur (life) and veda (science or knowledge) are the source of the word ayurveda.
Hence, Ayurveda means "knowledge of life."
Ayurveda promotes specific lifestyle interventions and natural therapies to restore balance between the body, mind, spirit, and environment because it bases its theory on the notion that disease results from an imbalance or stress in a person's consciousness.
